Dining Overview

TikTok GO Dining is a service that helps local dining establishments to list outlets online and provide a dynamic channel to sell and manage merchants' product vouchers, manage user relationships, and more. TikTok GO Dining has two components:

TikTok GO Dining SaaS: APIs that connect the merchant's system to TikTok, enabling seamless integration in creation of outlets and vouchers as well as voucher redemption. These are accessed through the Developer Portal on the TikTok for Developers website.
Merchant Portal: A separate online portal where merchants can manage sales accounts, products, reply to user comments, and more.

Key modules of Dining SaaS

Dining SaaS offers three suites of APIs that let you manage your shops (outlets), products, and voucher redemption.

A set of APIs that allow merchants to manage its shops (also called outlets):

Claim outlets
Upload certifications
Decorate outlets
Query and check outlet information

A set of APIs that allow merchants to manage its products/vouchers:

Create and update product information
Remove products or change to offline
Query and check product information

A set of APIs that allow merchants to redeem or change the status of vouchers:

Redeem vouchers
Refund vouchers
Query vouchers
