Launch Your Solution

After you've successfully completed acceptance testing, you are ready to launch your solution.

Prerequisites for launch

Before launch, go through the following checklist to ensure you've completed all of the necessary items.

1	Complete acceptance testing	Make sure you have passed all test cases on the Acceptance testing page of your developer app
2	Ensure all outlets are claimed	Either use APIs or the Merchant Portal to claim outlets. Make sure that you have the relevant documents and basic information about outlets prepared. You can check the status of your outlets on the Merchant Portal. This step may have been completed during the integration process.
3	Finish creating products	Prepare product photos, title, and descriptions and create all the products and make sure they are associated with relevant outlets. You can use APIs or the Merchant Portal to do so. This step may have been completed during the integration process.
4	Make sure that products and outlets are mapped with merchant's own system	TikTok needs to understand the relationship between the merchant's outlet ID and TikTok's outlet ID and vice versa with the product ID. This is so TikTok knows which outlet or product is being redeemed when the merchant sends the request to TikTok. There are two ways to build the mapping relationship: you can upload a spreadsheet into the Merchant Portal or use the Update Product API. This step may have been completed during the integration process.
5	All relevant employees at the outlets should be trained to handle QR codes	Store employees at outlets must be trained on the following: How to open QR codes in TikTok and direct customers how to do so How to redeem multiple QR codes or multiple orders How to handle errors TikTok suggests employees should retry the redemption if an error occurs
6	Connect the approved app with your merchant	Refer to the steps to connect your app to your merchant

Launch procedure

To launch your solution, log into your developer account and go to your app:

Under Solutions, click the Access tab.
On the Dining purchasing solutions page, click the Publish button.

If you don't see the Publish button, click the Next button until you see it.

If there are no issues, you will see the success page. Click the Done button to return.

Note: The Sandbox icon next to the solutions title will disappear after launch.
