TikTok was proud to have served as a Gold sponsor at the 46th IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy (IEEE S&P 2025), held from May 12–15 in San Francisco, California. As one of the premier conferences in the field of computer security and privacy, IEEE S&P brings together top researchers, engineers, and industry leaders to explore the latest innovations in safeguarding data and systems.
Pre-conference meetup
To kick off the week, TikTok hosted a pre-conference meetup on Sunday, May 11th, bringing together researchers, practitioners, and engineers for an evening of conversation and community building. The event featured talks, networking opportunities, and a preview of the cutting-edge privacy research coming from TikTok's Privacy Innovation team. Topics included differential privacy, ManaTEE, and privacy ads.
Thanks to everyone who joined us, we were excited to see so many passionate attendees connect and share ideas ahead of the conference. If you'd like to stay involved in our meetup group, you can join us here.
