Today we're releasing TikTok Research API Wrappers on GitHub to further enhance our Research Tools. Our new Research API Wrappers, available for Python and R, make it easier for researchers of all technical skill levels to query public video, comment, and account data, enhancing the accessibility of our Research API. We also provide tutorials to showcase the functionality of the wrappers.


This update adds to our growing suite of tools to promote independent research about our platform. More than 500 research teams use TikTok's Research Tools today. If you're a researcher interested in using TikTok Research API, check out our documentation and explore the examples included inside the TikTok Research API Wrapper GitHub repository.
