On March 11, 2025, four industry leaders hosted an inspiring hands-on AI workshop at the Stanford Faculty Club during the Me2We Conference. Held at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Me2We brings together 700 executives from 58 countries for five days of learning, networking, and innovation.

Led by experts Yihua Liao (Netskope), Vincent Deng (Intuit), Jason Zhou (Fluence), and Tina Tsou (TikTok), the session—titled Learning by Doing: A Hands-On Workshop for Mastering AI—focused on equipping business leaders and innovators with practical AI development skills through real-world application.

100 prep hours. 100 participants. 100 AI agents built.

Participants engaged in the end-to-end process of building three distinct AI agents:

  1. Mock interview agent: A voice-enabled agent that simulates job interviews and provides personalized, actionable, and real-time feedback to candidates
  2. Data analysis agent: An experimental chatbot designed to analyze user interactions during TikTok LIVE sessions, demonstrating how AI can enhance real-time audience engagement
  3. Me2We assistant: A Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)–powered AI assistant that pulls real-time data from online sources and conference materials to deliver accurate, up-to-date answers—without hallucinations

Using a powerful no-code AI development platform, participants were guided step-by-step in creating, configuring, and deploying their agents. . By the end of the workshop, they not only acquired tangible experience in building AI solutions but also developed the confidence needed to champion AI innovation within their organizations.

Key highlights

From prompt engineering to real-world integration, the session delivered several standout moments:

  • Hands-on AI creation: Participants built fully functional AI agents without writing any code
  • Prompt engineering and memory: The workshop explored advanced prompt engineering and memory management techniques to improve chatbot accuracy and user engagement
  • Plugin integrations: Agents were enhanced through the integration of plugins that enabled task automation, such as sending emails, browsing the web, and social media interactions

Attendees left equipped with valuable skills and inspired by the possibilities AI brings to modern businesses. Whether the focus is data analysis, customer service, or recruitment, the TikTok for Developers community learned firsthand how easily AI can transform concepts into impactful, scalable solutions.
